The Tattoo Flash Vault

Website: https://tattooflashvault.com

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

1. Overview

Welcome to The Tattoo Flash Vault.

This website is operated by The Tattoo Flash Vault, an individually operated business based in Manitoba, Canada.

Throughout this website, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Tattoo Flash Vault. The terms "you," "your," and "customer" refer to any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our products.

The Tattoo Flash Vault offers tattoo-inspired artwork, physical art prints, canvas wall art, clothing, merchandise, and downloadable digital artwork.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By accessing our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you, or that you are acting with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes.

  • Refrain from interfering with website security or functionality.

  • Respect all intellectual property rights associated with our products and content.

  • Avoid fraudulent transactions, misrepresentation, and unauthorized payment activity.

We reserve the right to restrict access, refuse transactions, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Product Information

The Tattoo Flash Vault offers physical and digital products, including:

  • Tattoo-inspired artwork and illustrations.

  • Printed artwork and posters.

  • Canvas wall art.

  • T-shirts, hoodies, and apparel.

  • Other tattoo-inspired merchandise.

  • Downloadable digital artwork files.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, manufacturing processes, materials, and lighting conditions.

Product images may include digital mockups for illustrative purposes.

Customers should review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, sizing charts, and other relevant specifications before purchasing.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products and available quantities without prior notice.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products

Many physical products sold through The Tattoo Flash Vault are manufactured individually after an order is placed.

These products may be produced and shipped by third-party printing and fulfillment providers.

Because made-to-order products generally cannot be restocked or resold, purchases are considered final sale except where:

  • A product arrives damaged.

  • A product contains a manufacturing defect.

  • An incorrect product is delivered.

  • A product materially differs from its description.

  • A return, refund, or cancellation is required by applicable law.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or personal preferences.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully before completing checkout.

Our full Return & Refund Policy provides additional information.

5. Digital Downloads and Digital Product Delivery

The Tattoo Flash Vault offers downloadable digital artwork files.

Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link, email, customer account, or another designated digital delivery method.

Digital products do not include physical merchandise unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices and software are compatible with the file formats identified in the product description.

We make reasonable efforts to provide functional, accessible, and accurately described digital files.

If a purchased digital file is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or materially different from its description, customers should contact us for assistance.

Where appropriate, we may provide a corrected file, replacement download, refund, or other legally required remedy.

Digital Download Refunds

Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital purchases are generally final sale once access to the purchased content has been provided, subject to applicable law.

We do not ordinarily offer discretionary refunds for:

  • Changes of mind after receiving access to a digital product.

  • Purchasing an incorrect design.

  • Failure to review the product description or listed file format.

  • Personal dissatisfaction with an accurately described design.

  • Downloading a product that is incompatible with software or equipment when compatibility requirements were clearly disclosed.

This policy does not exclude refunds or cancellation rights required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Where legally required, customers must be given the opportunity to provide express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge any resulting loss of statutory withdrawal rights. Such rights are not waived merely by accepting these Terms.

6. Digital Artwork Licensing and Permitted Use

Purchasing or downloading digital artwork from The Tattoo Flash Vault does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Unless a product listing expressly provides a different licence, digital purchases include a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.

Under this licence, customers may:

  • Download and store purchased artwork for personal use.

  • Print purchased artwork for personal display.

  • Use the artwork as a personal reference.

  • Have the purchased artwork reproduced as a tattoo on their own body by a tattoo artist, provided the artist does not retain or reuse the design for other customers.

Customers may not, without prior written permission:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share purchased digital files.

  • Upload artwork to stock image websites, digital marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.

  • Sell physical merchandise incorporating our artwork.

  • Use our artwork for print-on-demand products intended for resale.

  • Reproduce our artwork for commercial distribution.

  • Claim authorship or ownership of our artwork.

  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or identifying information.

  • Include our artwork in commercial design bundles, templates, or collections.

  • Upload or submit our artwork to artificial intelligence systems for model training or dataset creation without authorization.

  • Create derivative products for commercial sale based substantially on our artwork without permission.

Purchasing a digital file does not grant exclusive rights to the design.

The Tattoo Flash Vault may continue selling, licensing, displaying, or otherwise using the same artwork.

Any commercial use requires separate written authorization.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, website layout, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by The Tattoo Flash Vault or used under appropriate licences.

These materials may be protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

The purchase of a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce its artwork for commercial purposes.

The purchase of digital artwork grants only the licence described in these Terms or the applicable product listing.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected copyright infringement and pursue available legal remedies.

Copyright Infringement Reports

If you believe content appearing on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact:

theflashvault.info@gmail.com

Include sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material, the rights you claim, and the basis of your complaint.

We will review legitimate reports and take appropriate action where required.

8. Pricing, Currency, and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an accepted order will be the price presented during checkout, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable consumer protection laws.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout as required by law.

International orders may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by the customer's financial institution.

Payments are processed through payment providers supported by our Shopify store.

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and decline or cancel orders where reasonably justified.

Any refund owed following cancellation will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

9. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by The Tattoo Flash Vault.

We may review orders for payment authorization, availability, fraud prevention, and fulfillment feasibility.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Product unavailability.

  • Material pricing or listing errors.

  • Fulfillment restrictions.

  • Violations of applicable laws.

  • Material violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund.

Customers may request order cancellations or modifications before production begins.

However, because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Once production begins, voluntary cancellations are generally unavailable.

Mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and International Orders

Physical products may be manufactured and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for informational purposes unless expressly guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Production schedules.

  • Shipping carrier operations.

  • Customs inspections.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Holidays.

  • Geographic restrictions.

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

However, this provision does not remove our legal obligations regarding delivery, refunds, or undelivered merchandise.

International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate shipping information.

Additional expenses resulting from incorrect customer-provided addresses may be charged where legally permitted.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy as required.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy governs requests involving physical products and digital purchases.

Seven-Day Reporting Window

Customers who receive damaged, defective, or incorrect physical products should contact The Tattoo Flash Vault within 7 calendar days after receiving their order.

Customers should provide:

  • Their order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the affected product.

  • Packaging photographs where relevant and available.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Eligible claims may result in a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Made-to-order products are generally not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges based on changes of mind or customer ordering errors.

Digital purchases are subject to the digital product provisions outlined in these Terms.

The 7-day reporting window applies to our standard voluntary claims process and does not restrict statutory warranties, mandatory cancellation rights, or other consumer protections.

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws prevail.

12. Customer Accounts and Website Security

Customers may be able to create accounts or access order information through our website.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

You agree not to:

  • Access accounts belonging to other customers without authorization.

  • Attempt to bypass website security systems.

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious software.

  • Use automated tools to disrupt website functionality.

  • Scrape protected content or collect customer information without authorization.

  • Interfere with payment processing or checkout systems.

We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity, subject to applicable law.

13. Prohibited Commercial Activities

Without prior written authorization, customers and website visitors may not use The Tattoo Flash Vault's products or intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Selling copies of our digital artwork.

  • Redistributing digital downloads.

  • Manufacturing merchandise featuring our artwork for resale.

  • Selling unauthorized reproductions of our designs.

  • Using our artwork in commercial print-on-demand businesses.

  • Falsely claiming ownership of our designs.

  • Using our protected content to create competing commercial products.

  • Circumventing technical restrictions intended to protect downloadable content.

We reserve the right to terminate applicable licences and pursue lawful remedies for violations.

Nothing in this section prohibits activities permitted by applicable law or rights held by third parties.

14. Product Reviews and Customer Submissions

Customers may submit reviews, feedback, photographs, comments, or other content through our website or associated platforms.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

You grant The Tattoo Flash Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and use submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving our business, subject to applicable privacy laws and any permissions required for promotional use.

You retain ownership of your original submissions.

We reserve the right to remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

We do not guarantee that every review or submission will be published.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including:

  • Shopify.

  • Payment processors.

  • Print-on-demand fulfillment providers.

  • Shipping carriers.

  • Digital delivery applications.

  • Analytics and website functionality services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and operational requirements.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control.

However, using third-party providers does not eliminate our legal responsibilities to customers.

Customers should review applicable third-party terms before using external services.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect, use, disclose, and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, deliver digital products, provide customer support, and maintain website functionality.

Our Privacy Policy provides further details about personal information handling, cookies, service providers, and customer rights.

By using our website, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

17. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability, security, and functionality of our website.

However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Our website may occasionally experience:

  • Maintenance.

  • Technical errors.

  • Server interruptions.

  • Software updates.

  • Payment processing disruptions.

  • Third-party service outages.

We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or operational purposes.

If technical issues prevent customers from accessing purchased digital products, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or free from all technical vulnerabilities.

Product warranties and guarantees are governed by applicable law, product descriptions, and any express warranties we provide.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other protections that cannot legally be waived.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Tattoo Flash Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, service interruptions, or product purchases where such exclusions are legally permitted.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

Customers retain all mandatory legal remedies.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tattoo Flash Vault from reasonable third-party claims, damages, and expenses directly resulting from your unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, or material infringement of another party's intellectual property rights while using our website or products.

This provision does not require customers to indemnify us for our own negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, or failure to comply with applicable law.

It does not override mandatory consumer protection rights.

21. Fraud Prevention and Payment Disputes

We reserve the right to investigate transactions reasonably suspected of involving fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or deliberate misrepresentation.

We may retain relevant order records and provide transaction evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, or authorities where legally permitted.

Customers experiencing order-related problems are encouraged to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's lawful right to request a chargeback, dispute an unauthorized transaction, or pursue remedies through their financial institution or applicable consumer protection authority.

22. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in a customer's jurisdiction.

Where legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with The Tattoo Flash Vault will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Manitoba, Canada.

Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction or rely on protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before initiating formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us to seek a reasonable resolution.

This informal resolution process is voluntary and does not prevent customers from exercising their legal rights.

23. Changes to These Terms

The Tattoo Flash Vault may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in business operations, products, technology, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

Changes will not retroactively remove contractual or statutory rights associated with orders already accepted.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any applicable product-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of our website and purchases from The Tattoo Flash Vault.

If a product listing provides specific licence terms or conditions, those terms apply to that product to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory law.

Nothing in this agreement excludes representations, warranties, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
